LIVING YOUR BEST

   As I am approaching the big “50” I am trying to be consistent in being my best self on a daily basis.  What does that mean? Starting to take time for me, to be in my most peaceful state of mind…How?…finding moments of solitude whether it’s 5 minutes or 30, reading a good book, taking a long walk alone to reflect on the little things in life…enjoying and accepting the people in my circle.
It’s vital and important that we do this, of course we will make sure the family, kids and hubby are ok…but we as women HAVE to make sure that we take care of ourselves as well, because if we’re not happy…nobody’s happy..lol….
I’ve always believed that GOD didn’t intend for us to live an unhappy life, some of our own thinking and choices result in unhappiness….he has given us all a gift to be shared with the world…yes when you have a gift…whatever it is…it is to be shared with others to bring happiness to others. Look deep inside of you to see what brings you happiness, start to practice and live it, be it, breathe it…then share it with the world. Celebrate the little things in life and find something to laugh about daily…I promise you…it will begin to change your life so you can start LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE.
